Responsibilities

  • 360° professional and administrative assistance of the CEO, including:
  • Organising and coordinating events, meetings including welcoming foreign guests
  • Preparing presentations in English and Hungarian
  • Preparation of documents, materials English and Hungarian
  • Correspondence in English, Hungarian and French
  • Answering calls in English, Hungarian and French
  • Dealing with the administrative and coordinating tasks in connection with cost accounting
  • Organizing office supplies
  • Administration such as archiving, recording, filing, etc.
  • Stock-taking
  • Related ad hoc tasks

Requirements

  • Requirements:
  • University degree
  • 3+ years of experience as a PA of CEO/General Manager at a multinational company/large organisation
  • Fluency in English AND Hungarian
  • Intermediate level of French
  • Rapid type writing
  • Proactive attitude
  • Distinguished professional look
